plain terms for a small desktop app. using migawka. means you agree to what's below.
1 · the licence
migawka is free to download and use, for personal and commercial work alike. you may install it on the machines you use. you may not resell it, repackage it as your own, or strip its name and ship it again.
2 · what you film is your business
you're responsible for having the right to record the sites you point the camera at, and for how you use the mp4s it produces. only film what you're allowed to, and respect the terms and robots of the sites you capture.
3 · no warranty
the app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. renders can fail, sites can break a capture, and software has bugs. we do our best, but we can't promise it'll be perfect for your particular shot.
4 · limit of liability
to the extent the law allows, migawka and nxtweb aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using - or not being able to use - the app.
5 · changes
we may update these terms as the app grows. material changes will be noted here with a new date. continuing to use migawka after a change means you accept the updated terms.
